Returning and Exchanging an item
If you are not entirely happy with your order, work must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will not be made on your return postage, full payment will be refunded upon safe return of the goods. If you wish to exchange your item please let me know within 7 days of receiving the jewellery.
Earrings must not be worn for hygiene reasons.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do not currently post overseas.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
All jewellery is handmade and if not in stock please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
All jewellery items over £50.00 are posted special delivery and will need to be signed for. Fully insured and tracked.
All jewellery items under £50.00 are post recorded.
All cards are posted standard post.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Payment can be made by Stripe, paypal and apple pay.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Yes, we only accept payment through the above methods via my website.

How do I place an Order?
Orders can be placed through the website and payment can be made through the website. A confirmation will be emailed once the order is placed.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Do I need an account to place an order?
No need to have an account to place an order.
Can I commission a bespoke piece of jewellery?
If you would like something specially designed all commissions are welcome. Any of the designs on the website can be created in any metal. Please email for a quote if you would like an item of jewellery in 18ct gold or platinum or with a gem stone added.
